Guilin Lake Hotel, a four-star Sino-foreign joint venture hotel, has a floor area of 23,000 square meters with 260 rooms

The system, initiated from early January 2008, is designed on the basis of optimized version of that in Ronghu Hotel. The project was put into implementation from mid January 2008.

This second system was put into operation from May 2008 in Guilin Lake Hotel. The system is improved in various aspects based on the water source heat pump system in Ronghu Hotel, achieving further reduction in labor cost and higher efficiency. After one-year operation, the performance is better than expected. Related data is listed below:

(1) Max unit energy consumption of central air conditioning is 4KW/m2 per month( hot water included) 

(2) According to the statistics provides by the hotels engineering and financial departments, 8-month operation( from May 2008 to December 2008) of the new system saves RMB730,000 in comparison with  the original system.

(3)It is estimated that it takes only 3 years to recover the investment
